Applied for detecting metal impurities of ferrous metals in streams of nonmetallic products with the aim to protect equipment from damage.
Installed below conveyors belt for supply of chips, shavings, etc.
Operation mode.
The configuration of magnetic field created by constant magnets is changed when running ferro magnetic metal gets into the sensor action zone. EMF that is controlled by the sensibility setting unit is indicated in induction coils. Thus, the relay actuates and stops the conveyor power unit by its contacts. The relay is returned into its initial position is made manually, by pressing the “RESET” button at the control block. Resetting detector's sensibility at the sensibility setting unit is available. In such a way, the higher sensibility corresponds to the greater value of the displayed figure. The detector is insensible when the displayed figure is “0”.
