We invite the specialists of glass industry on August 17-18, 2010 to visit the presentation on a base of SMF "Prodecologia" (Rivne, Ukraine) of complete set of magnetic separators for conditioning glass raw material in the amount of 20 units made in order to request of glass producing plant LLC "Steklotekh" (Tyumen, Russia).
This equipment will be interested also for the specialists of enterprises on processing of hard domestic and industrial wastes. |

The SMF ''Prodecologia'' invites you to visit our stand on the International exhibition the «World of Glass 2010», which will pass from June 7 to 10, 2010 in the Exhibition center on Red Presne, pavilion «Forum», stand FE 001, to address Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya nab., 14. We will be glad to give exhaustive information about economic feasibilities of our equipment and its application.
On the exhibition we will present the complex of equipment for separation of cullet, in the composition of drum magnetic separator, which is intended for extraction the particles from a ferrous metal (natir, screw-bolt, nut), and eddy current magnetic separator which serves for extraction the impurities of the non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper and other). |

On October 20-22, 2009 SMF «Prodecologia» took part in scientific-and-technical conference «Glass Industry 2009» («Przemysł szklarski 2009») in Ustron (Poland).
The Deputy Designer of Science Zygalov V.V. delivered a report about application of magnetic separators in glass industry.
The problems and perspectives of glass industry development in Poland were discussed at the conference. All participants had an opportunity to communicate in informal atmosphere and conduct negotiations.
Representatives of glass industry in Poland have shown interest in production of SMF «Prodecologia», and cooperation agreements in 2010 were concluded with some of them. |

We have become closer to Russian customers!

On June 8-11, 2009 SMF “Prodecologia” was taking part in the International exhibition “World of Glass-2009”, which is the largest event of glass industry in the countries of CIS and Eastern Europe. Rod rotary magnetic separator with automatic cleanup was demonstrated at the booth of SMF “Prodecologia”. Those who had brought the necessary products with them were able to check the efficiency of the separator cleaning of dolomite, limestone, and other cohesive products. The separator's operation was not left unnoticed, which is proved by the diploma from the exhibition organizers “For the originality and novelty of the exhibits, displayed at the exhibition”. 
The exhibition was quite successful. The booth was visited by chief executives, experts and representatives of various glass industry companies, including:

On March 27, 2009 on the territory of SMF “Prodeсologia” there was held a presentation of magnetic filter clarifier of inertness and gravitation type. It was visited by representatives of such enterprises as Public Utility Company “Dubnokomunenergia”, Public Utility Company “Teplotransservice”, Public Utility Company “Teplokomunenergia”, and institute “Rivneagroproject”.
During the presentation, the Deputy Director of Science of SMF “Prodeсologia” V. Nityahovskyy delivered a speech about application of clarifiers. There also was a demonstration of their operation.
Moreover, perspectives of switching to alternative types of fuel in heat supply were discussed during the presentation.
As a result, protocols about co-operation were signed. |

On January 19-21, 2009 on the territory of SMF “Prodeсologia” there was held the XIII International Research-to-Practice Conference “Invention of resource-saving technology and equipment for ore concentration and enrichment of mineral raw material in glass industry”.
Representatives of glass enterprises in Russia, Poland, Uzbekistan took part in the work of the conference. The program of the event included the delivery of reports about the latest achievements in the field of glass processing and manufacturing technologies, carrying out a trial magnetic separation of materials with the help of SMF “Prodeсologia” laboratory equipment, conducting a business round-table discussion as well as an entertaining program.
Summarizing the results of the conference, agreements about co-operation were reached in the field of magnetic separators' supply and participation in the projects of glass factories' construction. |

On May 5-9, 2008 a representative of SMF “Prodeсologia” visited the International exhibition of water, sewage, solid waste, and recycling “IFAT 15”.
The exhibition took place in Munich, Germany. It was visited by about 100,000 exhibitors from more than 150 countries of the world. Our company, being a leading manufacturer of magnetic separators, demonstrated its developments in the field of processing and recycling of solid household waste. Business negotiations with 40 potential customers were held.
Visiting the event enabled us to determine new projects, technologies, and services in this field.

On January 17-20, 2008 the international seminar “GlassMagnet12” and the conference “GlassRawMaterial-XXI-2” were held in Rivne.
These events were visited by representatives of Ukraine, Russia, Byelorussia, and Moldova. During the conference more than 30 reports of leading experts in the field of glass industry and refractory materials were delivered. The visitors could also carry out a free magnetic separation of formerly brought raw materials with the help of SMF “Prodeсologia” laboratory equipment.
As a result of the conference, some important decisions were made. First of all, developments of SMF “Prodecologia” in the field of magnetic separation should be supported and implemented at the enterprises of CIS. Secondly, pay more attention to the methods of raw material analysis. Morever, to support SMF “Prodecologia” initiative to hold annual seminars on magnetic enrichment of glass raw material. |

Agreement about unifying effort in application of dry
magnetic separation for enrichment of oxidated iron ores,
signed by KMCCOO and SMF “Prodeсologia”

In September 2007 on the territory of scientific and manufacturing firm “Prodeсologia” unique complexes for dry magnetic enrichment of oxidated iron ores were demonstrated. These complexes had been manufactured at the request of MCC “Ukrmekhanobr” MMK named after Illich”. Representatives of Ukrainian and Russian MCCs (mining and concentration complexes) were present at the demonstration. The results acquired during the laboratory separation of raw material for Kryvyi Rih Mining and Concentration Complex had been very promising. As a result, we decided to enter into negotiations with representatives of KMCCOO.
On October 22, 2007 Kryvbas was visited by the firm Director Andrey Lozin, the Vice Director of Science Valentyn Nityahovskyy, and the Head of Magnetic Separation Department Oleksandr Stadnyk.
As a result of negotiations with the General Manager, Kolesnyk M.D., and other experts of KMCCOO, an agreement about further close co-operation was signed. This not only opens new perspectives of SMF “Prodeсologia” development, but also sets the tasks, by resolving which new stage of equipment will be introduced.
On the basis of the signed agreement about conducting bench tests by the group that consists of representatives of both sides, three pieces of modern equipment of SMF “Prodeсologia” were ordered by KMCCOO. Namely, СМБ1 59/14, СМБ 31,5/ 10-Н, and СМРС 22/ 50-Р. At the request of KMCCOO, at the beginning of 2008 the firm has also manufactured a complex for enrichment of iron ores (КОБР).
