 Laboratory kit КЛ-01 is designed for extracting ferro magnetic impurities from the samples of sugar, flour, groats, and other crumbling materials. The impurities are measured to determine the size that is bigger than set by legal documents.
The kit consists of:
- A horseshoe magnet with lifting power not less than 12 kg, overall dimensions 62*25*62 mm, weight 340 g;
- A magnifying glass of 5-10х magnification;
- A measuring net with a square side 0.3, 0.5, 2.0 mm;
- A shunt with a hook for the monitoring lifting power and preventing demagnetization of a magnet.
Overall kit weight is 0.8 kg.
The components of the kit set can be supplied separately.
Technical conditions of the laboratory kit are agreed with Ukrainian scientific and research institute of sugar industry, association “Ukrsachar”. They are also registered in Ukrainian National Standard. |
