About the Firm

        The SMF “Prodecologia” was founded in July 1993. For the 17 years of its existence, the firm has occupied the leading role in the countries of the CIS and Eastern Europe in the field of designing, manufacturing, and delivery of magnetic separators and metal detectors.
        During this time we have manufactured and delivered to customers thousands of magnetic separators and metal detectors for the enterprises that represent 58 industries in Ukraine, Russia, Byelorussia, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Moldova, Slovakia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Slovenia, Armenia, and other countries.

The Basic Tendencies of SMF “Prodecologia” Activity:

• designing, manufacturing, modernizing, and maintaining magnetic separators and filters;
• delivery of devices for measuring and monitoring magnetic induction;
• replenishing laboratories with equipment for the analysis of ferro magnetic impurities in the production;
• delivery of spare parts, magnetic blocks, and magnets for all types of separators;
• development, manufacturing, installation supervision, adjustment, and after-sales service of metal detectors;
• developing, manufacturing, modernizing, and maintaining industrial radio-electronic equipment;
• maintenance and modernization of power units of electro filters;
• providing engineering services, including the design of cullet reprocessing lines;
• designing and manufacturing non-standard equipment.

      Unique scientific achievements of our firm, high level of engineering and design, co-operation with research institutes as well as the use of modern materials and technologies enable to compete with world's leading manufacturers of similar equipment on the territory of CIS and Eastern Europe.

        The experience we have gained in combination with orientation to the world's advanced designing technologies and decisions enable us to effectively solve the problems of detecting and extracting metal impurities from raw material and ready-made product. Moreover, we can offer the widest choice of magnetic separators and metal detectors to our customers.

        Mathematical modelling and advanced computer programs are applied by our firm's scientists and experts during the process of product design.

        Separation processes are being studied in the physico-technological laboratory. Metal detection is carried out in the specialized engineering and design bureau of radio-electronic equipment. Quality and efficiency control is conducted in the chemical laboratory.

        Our production is patented in Ukraine, Russia, and Poland. The firm often takes part in international exhibitions and conferences. On a regular basis, it also organizes seminars and presentations of new equipment on its own territory.

        Our firm's experience shows that one of the most effective means of product realization is a developed dealer network.
