History

The first contract on modernization of magnetic separators on the enterprises of food industry was signed.

The first devices for superposed magnetization were developed and supplied.

The first magnetic separators were designed, made and delivered.

Successful mastering and start of delivery of magnetic separators for porcelain and faience, oil and fat industries. First serial delivery of magnetic blocks for JSC "Mohyliv-Podi/skyi Machine-Engineering Plant after S.M.Kirov" (Ukraine).

First delivery of metal detectors for different industrieswere realized.

Output of magnetic clarifiers-mud collectors was mastered. The first delivery was done forOJSC "Bereznofarfor" (Ukraine).

First in CIS and Eastern Europe was designed and produced high intensity eddy current magnetic separator for non -metallic materials concentration.

The first magnetic separator with automatic cleaning for CJSC "Novoselivskyi Mining and Concentrating Integrated Works" (Ukraine) was produced.

The first drum magnetic separator for dry magnetic separation of chamotte for JSC "Vatutine Enterprise of Refractories " (Ukraine) was designed.

The tender for delivery of metal detectors for LLC "Combine Factory Rostselmash" (Russia) for equipping of forage harvester DON-680 was won.

Drum magnetic separator successfully passed the tests on "Aksu Ferroalloy Factory". By results of the tests the administration of JSC "TNK" Kazchrome" decided to install separators of that type of SMF "Prodecologia" production on all slag processing lines in ferroalloy factories in Aktobe and Aksu.

The production of the wet drum separator was mastered. First separator of such type was set on Irshanskyi OMPE (Ukraine) for separation of rough ilmenite concentrate.

The first eddy current separator for separation of ware cullet on the OJSC "Gostomel Glass Company" was designed and installed.

New drum magnetic separator for wet enrichment with the magnetic system on rare-earth magnets with the even magnetic field was developed and installed for JSC "Vyshnevogorskyi OMPE" (Russia) .

First in the CIS and Eastern Europe 2 chamber rotary rod magnetic separator with the automatic cleaning, productivity 190t/h, which had named "Lunokhod", was made and started into the exploitation on the line of dolomite preparation for OJSC "Pilkington Glass "(Russia). The construction is patented, analogues are absent.

Successfully completed tests of magnetic drum on Zyrianivskyi OMPE LLC "Kazzinc" (Kazakhstan), which is intended for the filler regeneration in the composition of ferrosilicium.

The complex for dry magnetic enrichment of oxidized ores in order of OMPE "Ukrmekhanobr JSC "MMK after Illich"was developed and produced.

LLC "Russeparator" was founded.

The new magnetic separator БШМ for extraction of magnetic admixtures from the products of bullet mills in the automatic mode was developed. First such separator was successfully tested on Riderskyі OMPE LLC "Kazzinc" (Kazakhstan).
