Design features of the separator

  • Mounted on the vertical product pipelines and in the places of pouring off  the product.
  • Housings are made of food stainless steel.
  • Cleaning of the separator from impurities is carried out after the case with magnetic blocks is carried from the working zone, magnetic blocks taking out from the last afterwards.

Principle of function

The initial material is fed into the working area of the separator, depositing the ferromagnetic impurities on the surface of cases of the magnetic rods.
Cleaning of the magnetic rods is carried out by means of moving them from the working zone in the cleaning zone and taking the magnet blocks out the magnetic rod cases afterwards.
