Destination

Designed for multistage crushing (including necks crushing) and cullet clearing from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastic (including PET bottles), and paper, cardboard, mineral additives, colored glass, stones, dirt and dust.

Principle of function and components of line

Raw materials pass the manual sorting conveyor at the entrance, on which for selection of magnetic impurities are installed suspended plate magnetic separator PN-А and pulley magnetic separator type SH with ferrite magnetic system for selection of large ferro-magnetic impurities.
Sorted from large impurities (cardboard, PET bottles, stones, paper, ferro magnetic impurities, etc.) cullet is fed into the crusher.   After the crusher cullet is transported to the dryer drum, providing self-purification from dirt and dust. From the dryer drum cullet is fed into vibratory sieve, separating the fraction of size 0-5 mm. This fraction contains the  glass up to 50 %. Preferabl it is excreted in waste. If the composition of this fraction is acceptable we recomend to crash it to the fraction of size 1,5 +0 mm and add to the furnace charge.
Paper, labels, glass dust is separated at the vibratory sieve with hood over it.
Fraction +20 mm is fed into roll crusher, designed for necks crushing.
Fraction -20 +5 mm and fraction 0-20 mm after vibratory sieve is fed into conveyor, where with the help of drum magnetic separator БС or pulley magnetic separator Ш with neodymium magnetic system is carried out separation of small magnetic impurities.
The ultimate stage of separation is extracting non-ferrous metals with eddy current separator VS.
After eddy current separator the checkpoint is provided for extracting accidental foreign objects.
Recycled cullet can contain mineral impurities and colored glass. They can be extracted in two ways. The first way is: to install an additional post of manual sorting before primary crusher.
The second one is: to pass cullet through optical separator SPО, washed with vibratory washing and dried in advance.
In this case we need to consider, that with the water will be lost small fraction (about 5 %).
