Eddy current and drum electrostatic separator manufactured by SMF «Prodecologia»

This material is about the latest developments of SMF "Prodecologia" represents the eddy current magnetic separator type VS-E and the electrostatic drum separator type EBS.

Magnetic eddy current separator type VS-E is designed for extracting non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, etc.) from the streams of non-conductive materials (glass, metal, solid domestic and industrial waste, etc.).

Electrostatic separator type EBS is designed for high efficient separation of materials with different electrical properties:

  • grounded cables for obtaining metals (copper, aluminum, black metal) and non-conductive materials (rubber, plastic, etc.);

  • scrap of electronics for obtaining metals (aluminum, copper, nickel, bronze, and iron-containing products, etc.) and non-conductive materials (polystyrene, nylon, rubber, polyethylene, glass fiber, rubber, plastic);
