We invite the specialists of glass industry on August 17-18, 2010 to visit the presentation on a base of SMF "Prodecologia" (Rivne, Ukraine) of complete set of magnetic separators for conditioning glass raw material in the amount of 20 units made in order to request of glass producing plant LLC "Steklotekh" (Tyumen, Russia).
This equipment will be interested also for the specialists of enterprises on processing of hard domestic and industrial wastes.
During the presentation we will show:
- roller magnetic separators type 2РС-12/150 - most effective equipment for enrichment of quartz sand and feldspar, also they are used for dry high-efficiency magnetic separation of other non-metallic materials (pegmatites, abrasives).
Roller magnetic separators type 2РС-12/150 and 3РС-12/150 from 2007 successfully exploited in productive terms of ОJSC «Тashlinskyi OMPE». Application of magnetic separators enables at loading of 7 t/h to get the refined sand with content of Fe2O3 0,04 % ( content of Fe2O3 in the feed of separator 0,06 %).
In 2010 on ОJSC "Vyshnevogorskyi OMPE" was put a new line of the three-cascade roller magnetic separators 3РС- 12/150, allowing to produce high-quality feldspar with content of Fe2O3 0,10-0,12 %.
From 2007 on the line of dolomite supply in the workshop of charge preparation on the float-plant LLC "Pilkington Glass" (Moscow region, Russia) 2 chamber rotary rod magnetic separator with productivity up to 190 t/h is effectively exploited. For the futuristic design the separator got the name "Lunokhod". Introduction of modern magnetic separator allowed twice to reduce the percent of admixtures in a charge and improve quality the prepared glass. Additionally, for removal ferromagnetic admixtures from quartz sand and сullet, the magnetic separators pulley and rod types are set.
- complex on cullet processing type КСМС-33/60 in the composition of:
- eddy current magnetic separator type ВС-33/60, allowing to extract the colour metals (copper, aluminium, brass, bronze, stainless steels and other) from the streams of non-conducting materials, in particular, to refine cullet from aluminium jars, bungs and also from bases, contact plates of electric tubes etc.;
- drum separator type БС 32/50 - for extraction admixtures of ferrous metal.
The equipment of analogical type is set on OJSC "Peskovskiy Glass Plant" (Kyiv region, Ukraine).
This year we made a semi-industrial complex on processing of cullet and it was successfully shown on the exhibition the "World of glass - 2010".
The separators of this type are set on " Float Glass Plant Guardian Steklo Ryazan LLC " (Ryazan, Russia); LLC «Merefa Glass Company Ltd.» (Merefa, Kharkov region, Ukraine); «Malinovka Glass Plant LTD» (Kharkov region, Ukraine)); JSC "Consumers-Sklo-Zorya" (Rivne region, Ukraine).
During the presentation will be possible:
- free realization of trial magnetic separation of the brought raw material (15- 20 kg) on the laboratory equipment of SMP "Prodecologia";
- entering into contracts on engineering works.
On presentation the specialists of the plants of all leading sub industries of glass industry, enterprises-suppliers of raw materials, leading branch institutes will be invited.
